James reviews your intake information to confirm there are no conflicts of interest with existing or former clients. This is a standard ethical requirement in California and protects both you and the firm. You will be notified promptly once the check is complete.

Consultation Agreement

Once the conflict check clears, you will receive a consultation agreement to review and sign before your meeting is confirmed. This agreement outlines the scope and terms of the initial consultation and ensures both parties are aligned before the conversation begins.

Schedule Your Consultation

With the agreement signed, you will receive a scheduling link to book your consultation at a time that works for you. Consultations are conducted via Google Meet, giving you direct, focused access to James from wherever you are.
